All purchases of digital products or subscriptions through Paddle are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests must be made within this period.
Refunds may not be available if digital content has already been downloaded, streamed, or accessed beyond trivial use, as permitted under Paddle’s consumer cancellation terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not guarantee a refund after the 14-day period.
We recommend trying our free version before subscribing, which includes most features with some limits, so you can experience the platform before committing.
2. Paddle-Allowed Exceptions
- Duplicate subscriptions: If a duplicate charge occurs, contact us or Paddle support and we will issue an automatic refund.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions: Refunds are handled by Paddle once confirmed. We assist to speed up the process.
- Accounts created by minors under 13: We provide a full refund and delete the account to comply with COPPA and children’s privacy laws.
3. Enterprise and School Purchases
Enterprise or school subscriptions follow custom terms agreed via invoices or sales representatives. If the agreement does not specify rules, our standard refund policy applies as a fallback.
We aim to provide clear guidance and support for organizations to maximize value from their subscription.
4. Legal Compliance
PlayCrossword follows statutory consumer rights in applicable regions, including EU, UK, and Australia. Where legally required, refunds are processed automatically.
